Do you provide KLIA and KLIA2 airport transfer services?
Yes, airport transfers are one of our core services. We provide reliable pickup and drop-off at KLIA, KLIA2, and Subang Airport. Our chauffeurs track flight schedules to ensure on-time arrivals, even if your flight is delayed. Meet-and-greet service and luggage assistance are included.
What is the passenger and luggage capacity?
Our luxury MPVs (Vellfire/Alphard class) comfortably seat up to 6-7 passengers. We have ample luggage space for multiple suitcases, making us ideal for family trips and airport transfers. If you have specific requirements, please inform us when booking so we can confirm capacity.
Can I book hourly or by the day?
Absolutely! We offer flexible hourly charters (minimum duration applies) and full-day packages. Half-day charters typically cover 4 hours, while full-day charters range from 8-10 hours. Extended hours can be arranged for longer trips or special events.
Do you provide child seats?
Child seats are available upon request. Please inform us during booking if you need infant carriers, toddler seats, or booster seats, and we'll arrange them for your trip at no additional charge (subject to availability).
Can I make multiple stops during my trip?
Yes, multiple stops are allowed and can be arranged based on your itinerary. For point-to-point transfers, brief stops may incur minimal waiting charges. For hourly and daily charters, multiple stops are expected and included in the package. Just share your planned route when booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability, especially during peak seasons, public holidays, and weekends. However, we do accept last-minute bookings subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp for urgent requests.
Is this a self-drive rental or chauffeur service?
VellfireRental is exclusively a chauffeur-driven service. All bookings include a professional, experienced chauffeur. We do not offer self-drive vehicle rentals. This ensures your safety, comfort, and peace of mind throughout your journey.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods vary and are confirmed during the booking process via WhatsApp. We typically accept bank transfers, online banking, and cash payments. Full payment details, including any deposit requirements, will be communicated clearly before your trip.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice may be eligible for refunds or rescheduling, subject to our terms. Last-minute cancellations may incur charges.
